Is Solvo Medlink a healthcare provider?

No, Solvo Medlink is a platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent medical concierge providers. We do not employ the listed providers or manage the delivery of their services. All care and financial arrangements are made directly between you and your chosen provider.

What kind of services can I find on Solvo Medlink?

You can find a variety of concierge medical services, including in-home IV fluid and vitamin infusions, personalized medical consultations, and other specialized care offered by registered nurses, APPs, doctors, and clinics. Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely! Solvo Medlink provides a platform to gain visibility and connect with your first patients. For providers who are not already established, you can essentially create your business presence on our directory and start seeing patients.

Do you offer tools to help manage my practice, like an EMR?

No, Solvo Medlink is strictly a directory platform focused on connecting patients with providers. Providers are responsible for selecting and implementing their own Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to manage patient records, scheduling, and other practice needs.

How much does it cost to use Solvo Medlink as a provider?

The platform is subscription based for providers. Please visit our provider sign-up page for detailed pricing information.

How do I manage appointments through the platform?

Solvo Medlink provides tools to manage your appointment requests and bookings efficiently through our directory platform. You can set your availability, confirm appointments, and communicate with patients.

How do I communicate with potential patients?

We strongly recommend that communications with your patients be off the platform as we cannot guarantee HIPAA compliance on the platform.

What kind of support do you offer to providers?

We offer IT, and email support, in addition to FAQs responses, related to using our directory platform. Our goal is to provide you with the resources you need to connect with patients.

How do you ensure the quality of providers on your platform?

Our platform is strictly a directory. Please find a way to verify the quality of providers.

I am a Physician Assistant (PA). Are there any specific requirements for using Solvo Medlink?

Yes. For Physician Assistants, please be aware that if your state regulations require a collaborating physician, you will need to ensure you have the necessary collaborative agreement in place to provide services through our platform. It is your responsibility to comply with all state-specific licensing and collaborative practice requirements.
