Key Administrative and Legal Mandates

Corporate Compliance: Your clinic is responsible for ensuring that its legal structure complies with all relevant state laws, including those governing the Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM), which often dictates who can own the clinic.

Team Licensure & Scope: You must audit and verify that every provider listed on your profile (MDs, NPs, RNs, Therapists) maintains an active, unencumbered license and operates strictly within their legal scope as defined by your clinic's protocols and state law.

Centralized Oversight: Your clinic's Medical Director or Supervising Physician must maintain documented, legally binding oversight protocols for all non-physician providers (RNs, APPs) who perform services through your group.

Business Liability: Your clinic must maintain comprehensive commercial and professional liability insurance that covers every single provider and the business entity itself.

Good Faith Estimates (GFE): Your billing department must provide uninsured and self-pay clients with a legally required Good Faith Estimate of service costs.

Phase A: Visibility and Corporate Branding

Unique Branding: Unlike individual providers, your clinic is marketed as a single brand.

Service Portfolio: List all distinct service lines offered by your various providers (e.g., IV Drips, Wellness Consults, Physical Therapy, Weight Management).

Phase B: Team Management and Booking

Only Tier 1 is available at the moment. Available to beta users.

The Clinic Tier (Tier 3: Executive Access) when available will be designed for team management, high-volume lead capture, and maximum brand visibility. Beta user clinics will have priority access to this tier.
